Beer Line Cleaning

Deltec’s Beer Line Cleaning Service uses a state of the art magnetic cleaning process to provide the most cost effective line cleaning service in the industry. It is usually necessary to clean beer lines once a week in order to comply with health and safety regulations.

However, by adopting Deltec’s magnetic cleaning method, lines need only be cleaned approximately once every three weeks. Magnets are fitted by the canister, next to the keg, on each individual beer line. In this position they work as a yeast and bacteria inhibitor, altering the polarity of the yeast and preventing any yeast forming or growing on the beer line or cellar buoys. The process uses brewery recommended cleaning solution and all required equipment is supplied by Deltec. We use our own electric pump system to save you money on your mixed gas bill.

Deltec’s magnetic line cleaning method not only cleans lines to the high standards set by health and safety regulations, is also time and cost effective. Cleaning the lines every three weeks as opposed to a weekly basis saves the licensee thousands of pounds per year on lost profit from beer wastage and line cleaning fees.

PPP Mobile Bars

PPP Mobile Bars was formed in 2008 as a part of Deltec Services to provide portable bars for functions and events. Although there are a number of companies who provide a similar service, none are able to provide equipment and expertise of the high quality PPP prides itself on.

 

All our bars are constructed to the highest build quality. Each bar has solidly constructed wooden side panels and a durable, easy to clean Formica bar top. LED lights along with illuminated dispenser taps enhance each bars unique aesthetic.

 

We use A-Cask cooling jackets to maintain a constant, cool temperature throughout the beer casks, ensuring that your beverages are served at the perfect drinking temperature. The made to measure wrap-round design of the jackets allows for the maximum efficient spread of refrigeration. The jackets are manufactured from high quality insulated PVC, providing a hygienic and easy to maintain cooling solution.

 

 

All of our bars also feature the highest quality Angram hand pumps. Angram pumps combine elegant styling with faultless and reliable functionality. They not only improve the aesthetic and atmosphere of the bar, but also ensure that all drinks are served in the optimum manner, for ultimate drinking pleasure.

 

 

The bar is assembled and set up on site by one of our skilled technicians. If you have a licensed barman, we will run through operating procedures with them on site, or alternatively we can provide a licensed barman to cater the event. Should you require all beverages to be supplied please let us know in advance of the event and we can arrange for your choice of beverage to be provided along with the bar.
